<br />.5: 4A - /9 <br /> <br />mailing, in a sealed envelope properly addressed through the United <br />States mail, of a check, money order or postal order, within fifteen (15) <br />days from the time of issuance of the citation, or notice of such violation, <br />or the deposit with the court of the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), <br />plus applicable surcharges, within fifteen (15) days constitutes compliance <br />with this provision. Delivery of such envelope shall be the responsibility of <br />such owner or operator. The failure of such owner or operator to make <br />such payment within the fifteen (15) days shall render such owner or <br />operator subject to the penalties provided for violation of the provisions of <br />this Division <br /> <br />Sec. 20.192--20.199.
