<br />2. <br /> <br />Request that the SBSA Commission award the above-mentioned contract <br />to the lowest responsible bidder, D.W. Nicholson Corporation of Hayward, <br />California, for their low bid of $2,751,000.00, pursuant to the approved <br />Agreement for Produciton and Delivery of Recycled Water ("Agreement") <br />between SBSA and the City of Redwood City, and request that the SBSA <br />Commission and staff enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />low bidder to reduce the final cost of the project. <br /> <br />F. Redwood City Recycled Water Project - Production and Delivery of Recycled <br />Water (Connecting Pipelines and Utilities Project [CPU]). <br /> <br />Staff Contact: Chu Chang, Engineering and Construction Manager <br />780- 7382 cchanaai>.redwoodcitv.ora <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1 . Approve the award of contract by the South Bayside System Authority <br />(SBSA) Commision for the Redwood City Recycled Water Project, Phase 1 <br />- SBSA Facilities Project - Connecting Pipelines and Utilities Project <br />2. Request that the SBSA Commission award the above-mentioned contract to <br />the lowest responsible bidder, Stoloski & Gonzalez, Inc. of Half Moon Bay, <br />CA for their low bid of $600,665.00, pursuant to the approved Agreement for <br />Production and Delivery of Recycled Water ("Agreement") between SBSA <br />and the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />G.
