The <br />estimated value of the 42-month retrofit effort is $1,640,053, of which $574,100 was authorized <br />in September 2004 for the first year. As of August 5,2005, Kennedy/Jenks has used $377,732 <br />(66%) of the first years' authorization. <br /> <br />Achievements and Status <br /> <br />How are we doing relative to achieving our goal of serving 900 AF/yr <br />of recycled water to customers by the year 201 O? <br /> <br />Customer Site Retrofits <br /> <br />The site retrofit effort is on track to provide recycled water service to up to 32 commercial <br />irrigation customers and City-owned streetscapes in the Redwood Shores area. Particular <br />details include: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Recycled water retrofit Standard Notes and Details have been drafted to the 90% design <br />level and will be submitted to the City and the Department of Health Services (DHS) for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Retrofit design plans for 32 Redwood Shores commercial irrigation customers and City- <br />owned streetscape are at the 60% design level. The Application for Recycled Water <br />Service, recently developed by the City, will be provided to customers with the 60% design <br />plans. Once the retrofit designs are finalized with the customers, they will be submitted to <br />the City for review and approval before being submitted to the DHS for review and approval. <br /> <br />.
