Task 11.3 - Program Development The City is in the process of developing a number of new documents and procedures relative to program implementation. Support will be provided relative to the Operations Plan, Engineering Report (DHS), Customer Training Manual, Funding and Financing Planning, Rate and Revenue Planning, use ordinance development, customer use agreements and right of entry agreements, joint project opportunities and other related program items. Task 11.4 - Program Management Meetings The Consultant will attend bi-monthly Program Management Meetings over the contract duration. Each meeting will require one-day labor effort for preparation and attendance. Task 12 - Supplemental Services Supplemental Services may include, but are not limited to: . Provide additional Bid Packages and bid support to the City beyond the one bid package defined in Task 7. Revision and resubmittal of retrofit design packages to DHS in the event that a design package is not approved during the first review, as assumed in Task 6. Revision and resubmittal of preliminary retrofit design to incorporate significant comments as a result of the customer review in Task 4. Other items that exceed estimated costs on a per site basis. . . . PROJECT SCHEDULE Upon City's notice to proceed, Consultant shall complete design work under Tasks 1-12 in 42 months. Bidding support services will be performed over a 1-month period. The following schedule milestones are anticipated: . Notice to Proceed (FY 04/05 scope): August 24, 2004 . Council authorization for FY 05/06: August 2005 . Group 1 Bid: September 2005 . Council authorization for FY 06/07: August 2006 . Council authorization for FY 07/08: August 2007 .
