Consider amending the Zoning Ordinance to increase <br />the supply of child care facilities within the Corridor, including: <br />• Allow facilities by right <br />• Exempt on-site facilities from counting toward the overall FAR <br />• Allow facility playgrounds to count towards residential open space require- <br />ments provided the playground is made accessible to all tenants <br />• Require facilities on large projects on large sites. <br />3E, 3F, 3G, 3I Community Development <br />Department <br />Land Use <br />Visibility and Solar Access.
