collected at 5 -minute intervals and reported at 15 -minute intervals. The meters <br />will be implemented at each site visit and the data (considered preliminary) will <br />be provided to the City for review on a weekly basis within three (3) days after <br />implementation. At the City's discretion, -the data submittals maybe reduced to a <br />biweekly basis after the first two (2) weeks if the initial data appears to be good. <br />The final data shall be compiled following removal of the flow meters and the rain <br />gauge. In the event that more than one flow meter fails to provide usable data <br />during a significant storm event (> 0.5 inches of rainfall in 24 hours), Consultant <br />shall extend the monitoring period for up to two (2) weeks at no additional cost to <br />the City. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall provide, install and remove five (5) flow meters and minimum of <br />one (1) rain gauge for a period of ninety (90) days starting no later than <br />December 11, 2017, with an option to extend the monitoring on a weekly basis <br />up to one additional month. Additional rain gauges may be used to insure <br />accurate and appropriate readings at no additional cost to the City. <br />3. Meeting with the City <br />After the initial period of installation of the flow meters, the Consultant shall <br />prepare the Meeting Agenda that includes, but not limited to, the collected flow <br />monitoring data and analysis, the project's objectives, understanding and <br />approach, and review of past flow monitoring projects. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall meet with City staff at City Hall and submit Meeting Minutes for <br />the Meeting. Meeting date shall be determined by the City and agreed upon by <br />the Consultant. <br />4. Data Analysis and Flow Monitoring Report: <br />Consultant shall provide data analysis and a flow monitoring report that includes, <br />but not limited to, site details and pictures; field installation and maintenance <br />sheets including calibration data; depth -velocity scatter plots; 7 -day plots of flow <br />for each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge; and summary tabulation of daily <br />average, minimum, peak flow, inflow and infiltration information (Inflow rate and <br />Rain Dependent Infiltration rate analysis) and site comparison for each flow <br />meter. Report to be finalized and approved by the City. Consultant shall make <br />revisions to the report to the satisfaction of the City at no additional cost. <br />Deliverable: <br />Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (1 hard copy and <br />1 digital, PDF, copy). Electronic files shall be submitted in Excel format <br />containing depth, velocity, and flow rates for each meter and rainfall for each rain <br />gauge in 15 -minute intervals. Additional computer data or models used shall be <br />submitted as well.
