Award of Contract - National Guard Armory Building Parking Lot <br />Improvements Project (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By Motion: <br />Approve the contract documents and award the standard form <br />contract for the National Guard Armory Building Parking Lot <br />Improvements Project to Silicon Valley Paving, Inc. of San Jose, <br />California for their responsive and responsible low bid in the amount <br />of $401, 379; <br />1.) Authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount; and <br />2.)
