<br />Invoices will be submitted periodically, and are due and payable upon receipt. Unpaid balances shall be subject to
<br />Ii additional cllarge at the rate of 1-1/2% per month from the date of invoice if 1hè unpaid balance i!'i not paid within
<br />0 Ùi;!Y~. Invoices will be submItted showing labor (hours worked) by labor category and ictal expenses, but not
<br />actual documentation. The Client shall reimburse SGH for all attorney's fees and collection costs related to collection
