EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County <br />FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 <br />Agency Information <br />Agency Name: Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County <br />Address: 330 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite 123, Redwood City, <br />CA 94065 <br />City, State, Zip: Redwood City, CA 94065 <br />Activity/Program Title: HomeSavers: Preserving Affordable Housing in our <br />Community <br />Quantitative Goals <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County's HomeSavers program works to <br />bring fairness to the county's housing courts, helps to keep low-income tenants <br />in their affordable homes, and can mitigate the effects of a potential eviction. <br />Legal Aid attorneys, project staff, and trained pro bono attorneys meet one-on- <br />one with clients at three weekly housing clinics where they answer questions, <br />provide legal advice, help with the completion of legal paperwork, and explain to <br />clients what to expect in the county's housing courts.
