EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Task 1 — Project Management <br />Task 1.1 — Management <br />Wood Rodgers will provide the project management and coordination for the team necessary to <br />provide assessment service of the existing drainage/flooding conditions in the vicinity of the <br />"Broadway Plaza" development (Project) for the City of Redwood City (City). The Project <br />Manager will be in direct coordination with the City's project manager and staff to ensure proper <br />scheduling of reviews, budget controls, invoice preparation and general coordination. The total <br />duration of this task is anticipated to be 4 months. <br />Task 1.2 — Quality Assurance <br />A Quality Control Plan will be prepared to guide Quality Control on the Project. It is noted Wood <br />Rodgers intends to use its sub consultants to provide independent quality control of Wood <br />Rodgers work products (and vice -versa). The purpose of this subtask is to provide documented <br />quality control and quality assurance procedures for design. <br />Quality Assurance will be provided internally by each team producing the project deliverables. <br />Quality Control will be provided externally by designated independent quality control teams. <br />At the completion of each deliverable production, draft documents will be submitted to the <br />independent Quality Control team. The comments and responses will be documented, provided <br />to the Project Manager and the City for their review and comment. Final work and quality control <br />plan documents incorporating all City comments will be submitted as part of the deliverable. <br />Task 1.3 — Meetings <br />The Wood Rodgers Team will attend and participate in a Kick -Off Meeting via telephone, and <br />one (1) Project Meeting. It is assumed that the Project Manager and the Designer will attend <br />each meeting. Project Management will provide project coordination; communicating issues; <br />setting up the project, preparing a project schedule as well as monitoring and updating the <br />schedule, tracking, and reporting job progress. <br />Task 1.4 — Invoicing/Project Status Reports <br />At the end of each month, Wood Rodgers will prepare a budget/status report outlining the work <br />items performed during the reporting period; budget, schedule, and work progress with respect <br />to the project baseline; and a discussion of upcoming activities scheduled to occur in the <br />subsequent work period. <br />Task 2 — System Review & Research, Field Reconnaissance <br />Task 2.1 — Collect/Review Documents <br />The Wood Rodgers Team will collect and review available models, as-builts, improvement <br />plans, and pump station data for the system provided by the City, as well as any pertinent as- <br />builts from other sources within the study area. <br />REV: 11-01-17 PR <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.244/Wood Rogers - Broadway/Douglas Storm Study <br />
