6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If <br />~ you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it <br /> to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the Council Members.) If your subject <br /> is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open <br /> meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time.
