Exhibit "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will provide on-call maintenance and troubleshooting services for the City's <br />SCADA system, which consists of Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, <br />Wonderware Human Machine Interface software, and various motor control and <br />instrumentation systems servicing approximately 70 facilities including sewer lift stations, <br />storm water pump stations, potable water pump stations, storage and regulating stations, <br />and a recycled water pump station. <br />Examples of maintenance and troubleshooting tasks Consultant will perform include, but is <br />not limited to: <br />• Technical Support and Troubleshooting for: <br />o Electrical control circuits, soft start motor starters, variable speed drives, <br />motorized valves, etc. <br />o Programmable logic controllers, operator interface panels, analog (4-20 mA) <br />instrumentation, flow meters, etc. <br />o Wonderware HMI, AON phone line communications, licensed and <br />unlicensed radio networks, and softwar and hardware updates. <br />Replacement, Configuration, and Upgrade Installation for: <br />o Electrical control circuits, soft start motor starters, variable speed drives, <br />motorized valves, etc. <br />o Programmable logic controllers, operator interface panels, analog (4-20 mA) <br />instrumentation, flow meters, etc. <br />o Wonderware HMI, AON phone line communications, licensed and <br />unlicensed radio networks, and software and hardware updates. <br />Consulting Services: <br />o Advise on SCADA system design and upgrades. <br />Consultant will also perform the following tasks: <br />Provide 24/7 response to City's SCADA requests, including weekends, after hours, <br />and holidays. <br />o Consultant will notify the City by email with the name and contact <br />information of the person on-call. <br />Respond to requests for service within the following responsetimes: <br />o Emergency Service - Within 1 hour. <br />o Non -Emergency / Routine Service - Within the next business day. <br />o When a repair requires delivery of partF or equipment, Consultant will inform <br />the City of the lead time for part delive.y and any options for expediting the <br />delivery. <br />o For services where support from a third -party software or hardware vendor is <br />needed, Consultant will provide weekly progress reports to the City <br />regarding the status of the request and options for expediting the <br />completion of the request. <br />REV: 11-27-19 EI <br />
