That certain final subdivision map (including abandoning and vacating a <br />portion of Franklin Street and dedications of a street and easements described <br /> <br />therein) entitled, "One Maple Street Subdivision", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, <br />Civil Engineers, consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware <br /> <br />limited partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter <br />"Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the <br /> <br />application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall <br />enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> <br />agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />"Agreement for Improvement of One Maple Street Subdivision", <br /> <br />(form dated 5/31/00R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br /> <br />complete in the time specified in c~l9 '\:J~~r:;~~.ß1ent, all <br /> <br />SIlvia M.
