<br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SCADA SYSTEM MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This scope of services is intended to accomplish the following key objectives: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Provide technical support for the optimal operation & maintenance of the <br />Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Provide Emergency on-call service to support the SCADA system. <br /> <br />The work will be performed by a consulting team headed by Eric Daniel of <br />Engineering and Control Solutions. <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />Provide general oversight of SCADA system, to ensure optimal performance. <br />Provide technical programming of SCADA and Programmable Logic <br />Controller (PLC). <br />Provide technical support for Wonderware operating software. <br />Provide technical support for the SCADA system network, interface with the <br />City Wide Area Network and City's IT group. <br />Coordinate communication with the Telephone Company regarding <br />maintenance or repairs of the data communication phone lines. <br />Provide technical support for the purchase or upgrade of SCADA system. <br />Act as primary point of contact with Wonderware Corporation and Specter <br />Instruments, regarding upgrades & system use compliance. <br />Provide Technical training to City staff. <br />Attend meetings with City staff to manage and coordinate maintenance of <br />SCADA system. <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br />9. <br />
