<br />Supplies, the cost of heating the swimming pool and building, and the water bill. <br /> <br />Permittee shall also Pay City for the electricity usage any amount due City to its <br /> <br />electricity supplier, as evidenced by the invoice received by City from its supplier. <br /> <br />Permittee shall pay any amount due the City above the amount of One <br /> <br />Thousand Dollars ($1000) as said amount due City is shown on the invoice <br /> <br />received by City from its electricity supplier. In the event that the billing cycle <br /> <br />used by City's electricity supplier is not on a calendar month, the parties shall, in <br /> <br />good faith, make the necessary adjustment. <br /> <br />(vi) <br /> <br />Permittee shall pay, in advance, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty <br /> <br />Dollars ($250) per week to City for the use of the swimming pool. Payments <br /> <br />shall be made to the City of Redwood City, and addressed to the Director of <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />(vii) <br /> <br />The hours of operation of the Facilities by Permittee shall be <br /> <br />restricted to: <br /> <br />6 a.m. - 9 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday <br /> <br />6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Tuesday <br /> <br />7 a.m. 05 p.m., Saturday <br /> <br />Closed on Sunday <br /> <br />(b) Cities Duties: <br /> <br />(i) City agrees to maintain the swimming pool to meet water quality <br /> <br />standards. <br /> <br />(ii) City shall provide a telephone for emergency use. <br /> <br />(iii) City shall vacuum the swimming pool as needed. <br /> <br />F/sh/Grant-9 <br />FXS:rg <br />02/03/98 <br /> <br />2 <br />
