<br />RESOLUTION NO. _13325 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE Of LETTER PERMIT <br />TO PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND <br />REGULATING USE Of PUBLIC RIGHTS-Of-WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />(4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula Celebration Association <br />for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the 4th of July <br /> <br />Celebration to be held on July 3rd and 4th, 1998 in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, <br /> <br />the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br /> <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100 and the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Reso-384 <br />F :/SharedlR edwoodlCouncii <br />DES:djk <br />04103198 <br /> <br />1 <br />
