<br />($2,880.00) per year. City shall bill Permittee in two semi-annual installments of <br /> <br />One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and No/100 Dollars ($1,440.00) each. <br /> <br />4. City makes no warranties or representations regarding the Range's <br /> <br />suitability or adequacy for Permittee's weapons use or training. <br /> <br />5. The term of this Permit is one (1) year, to wit: April 1, 1999 - March 31, <br /> <br />2000, unless sooner terminated by either party pursuant to Paragraph 8. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Permit may be renewed annually, upon the <br /> <br />expiration of said term by motion duly made and carried by City's City Council. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Permittee shall only allow active and reserve peace officers of <br /> <br />Permittee's Police Department, so qualified under the California Penal Code, to <br /> <br />use or enter the Range pursuant hereto. <br /> <br />7. The Range shall be open and available for use by Permittee at such <br /> <br />times as are mutually agreed upon by both parties hereof; provided, that City will <br /> <br />endeavor to make the Range available for use only by Permittee two (2) days <br /> <br />per quarter. However, it is expressly understood that sole use of the Range by <br /> <br />Permittee shall be subject to the prior approval of City, and at City's sole <br /> <br />discretion. <br /> <br />8. This Permit may be terminated by either party by giving at least thirty <br /> <br />(30) days' written notice to the other party before the termination date.
