<br />11. <br /> <br />Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br />provided by Permittee at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br />connection with the July 4th parade, festival, and arts and crafts fair shall not <br />be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto, and acepted by Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br />zzin ely,. <br />/'~.
