Rebate Program <br />•A typical residential customer with a 32-gallon cart would see an increase <br />of less than one dollar per month ( < $12 per year) for regular solid waste <br />collection services <br />•Customers receive a single bill for solid waste, water and sewer charges <br />•Residential customers are billed every two months <br />•We started a new program in 2017 that provides a rebate of $20/bill for <br />low income customers <br />•We may be able to increase the rebate this year to between $40-$60/bill
