<br />Philip Martin <br />1339 Recreation Way <br />Redwood City, CA 94061 <br /> <br />and mailed or delivered to Permittee at said address. <br /> <br />This Permit may be terminated without cause at any time at the will of <br /> <br />Permittee, effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice <br /> <br />of such termination addressed to City as follows: <br /> <br />City Manager, City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />2. City's Access. City reserves the right to unlimited access to the <br /> <br />Premises or any part thereof for municipal purposes, including but not limited to, <br /> <br />the use, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of any and all <br /> <br />structures or public improvements, if any, heretofore or hereafter installed and/or <br /> <br />constructed in or upon the Premises, and the use, operation, maintenance, <br /> <br />repair and replacement of adjoining areas or structures or public improvements <br /> <br />therein or thereon, or for any other purpose in furtherance of City's use of the <br /> <br />Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, City shall extend reasonable efforts <br /> <br />not to interfere with Permittee's use and occupancy of the Premises in exercising <br /> <br />its rights under this paragraph. <br /> <br />3. Maintenance.
