The Police Department will assist the Permittee with the construction of <br />the street closure at Broadway at EI Camino Real, and Broadway at <br />Arguello Street. <br /> <br />. City will provide a cleanup crew to function at the close of the event on <br />October 3, 1999. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />. Personnel to monitor entry and exit of the closed streets. <br /> <br />. Personnel to erect and take down barricades. <br /> <br />.
