<br />I <br /> <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS, PAGE 4 <br /> <br />Permission may be granted only by an authorized market representative. <br />Permission includes a specific location assignment within the market grounds to <br />be selected in the sole discretion of an authorized representative of the market. <br /> <br />Space rental fees are fixed by t he market operator and may change from time to <br />time upon 30 days written notice. <br /> <br />A market vendor may withdraw from participation upon written notice to the <br />market operator. <br /> <br />Permission to participate as a market vendor may be evoked at any time upon 30 <br />days written notice. <br /> <br />Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the market or any applicable <br />government agency shall constitute cause to revoke permission without the <br />necessity of 30 days written notice. <br />
