<br />12. <br /> <br />Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />. Adequate temporary restroom facilities. <br /> <br />. Hire a minimum of four Redwood City police officers to conduct traffic <br />control at the road closures. <br /> <br />. Erect electronic display boards at Broadway and Douglas, and <br />Broadway and Second Avenue. The signs are to warn of the road <br />closure on July 28, 2000. The signs shall be erected on Monday, <br />July 24, 2000, and remain in place until the beginning of the event. <br /> <br />. Contact the management of the Mariposa Apartments at 1107 Second <br />Avenue warning them of the road closure and the prohibited use of the <br />west entrance of their parking lot. <br /> <br />. Advise all other businesses at Mid-Point Technology Park of the event <br />and road closure. <br /> <br />. Provide event representatives at the road closures to answer any <br />questions regarding the event. <br /> <br />. Allow the fire department to review the site for emergency access. <br /> <br />. Pay for the use of city-owned barricades and temporary street signs, <br />and any other city services provided specifically for this event. <br /> <br />.
