<br />11. <br /> <br />City Services: The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> <br />. Normal police patrol during the event. <br /> <br />. The police department will post the affected streets with "No Parking" <br />signs by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2000. The signs will state <br />that parking will be prohibited on Sunday, August 6, 2000, from 6:00 a.m. <br />to 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />. Permittee will notify all residents along the bike route of the parking <br />restrictions by July 30, 2000. <br /> <br />. Adequate temporary restroom facilities. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Additional Matters: This event is not a race. Therefore, all participants <br />will obey traffic laws and yield to pedestrian and vehicular traffic where <br />appropriate.
