<br />11. <br /> <br />City Services: <br /> <br />The City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> <br />. Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations around the event area on <br />Saturday, October 14, 2000, no later than 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />. Posting of "No Parking" signs to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on <br />Wednesday, October 11, 2000. The signs will state "No Parking on <br />October 14,2000 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m." The signs will be <br />placed on Broadway between Winslow Street and Middlefield Road, and <br />on Hamilton Street between Winslow Street and Marshall Street. <br /> <br />. Regular police patrol. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />. Adequate temporary restroom facilities. <br /> <br />. Personnel to staff street closures and dismantle barricades. <br /> <br />. Clean up crew to function in the event area at the close of the event. <br /> <br />13. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the event permitted <br />. hereunder, shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the <br />Chief of Police. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~O, ,,~ <br /> <br />Scott D.
