<br />DES:( <br /> <br />11/07/96 <br /> <br />(008/72) <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL AERIAL SURVEYING SERVICES - <br />REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br />....' <br />.2 s' ~ day of <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />and entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />-'þDI/erhh'" r <br /> <br />1996, <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />CITY <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />("City") , <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />GEO <br /> <br />CADD <br /> <br />SURVEYS <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Fremont, <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />("Consul tant") ; <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />proposes <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />rehabilitate <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />levee <br /> <br />system <br /> <br />protecting the Redwood Shores Peninsula in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Project, <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />professional aerial surveying services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />represents <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />possesses <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S <br /> <br />SERVICES. <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />aerial surveying and related services as described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
