<br />:IGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.1 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: Environmental Regulatory Review Services - Redwood <br />Shores Levee Improvement Project. <br /> <br />Contractor: <br /> <br />Huffman and Associates, Inc. <br />700 Larkspur Landing Circle - Suite 100 <br />Larkspur, CA 94939 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: September 30,1994 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are <br />in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Descriotion of Services: <br /> <br />. To interface with Corps, Fish and Wildlife Services, BCDC, and Fish <br />& Game personnel. <br />. To coordinate demands between the agencies. <br />. To increase the effectiveness of Project Mitigation Plan. <br /> <br />(see attached Exhibit "A" ) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described <br />in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check <br />and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a. -L (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in <br />the Agreement. <br /> <br />b. Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance.
