L <br />1\ll1 rJf\ <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.2 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and <br />the contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: Environmental Regulatory Review Services - Redwood <br />Shores Levee Improvement Project. <br /> <br />Contractor: <br /> <br />Huffman and Associates, Inc. <br />700 Larkspur Landing Circle - Suite 100 <br />Larkspur, CA 94939 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: September 30, 1994 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are <br />in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Desçription qf Service§.~ <br /> <br />. To negotiate with Corps, Fish and <br />Wildlife Services, BCDC, and Fish & Game personnel. <br />. To coordinate demands between the agencies. <br />. To increase the effectiveness of Project Mitigation Plan. <br /> <br />(see attached Exhibit "A" ) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br />described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br />indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a. _.?S_- (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in <br />the Agreement. Total changes not to exceed $40,000. <br /> <br />b. Compensation shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br />3. Time of Peñormance.
