<br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY LEVEE MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Task No. A: Obtain Corps, USFWS and BCDC Regulatory <br />Approvals/Authorizations. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />H&A, Inc. will prepare the following for approval by the regulatory agencies <br />indicated: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Prepare Detailed Mitigation Plans for BCDC, USFWS and Corps; do <br />necessary revisions to respond to comments and obtain agency approvals. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Re-revise detailed project drawings to conform to revisions in construction <br />drawings. <br /> <br />Coo <br /> <br />Prepare Revised Detailed Project Drawings for BCDC, USFWS and Corps <br />in required agency format/level of specificity. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Identify and designate contingency mitigation site and preparation of <br />revision of detailed mitigations plan and drawings. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Verify impact and mitigation acreages according to detailed construction <br />plans. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Prepare the following compliance plans and reports as required by the U.S. <br />Fish and Wildlife Service Section 7 Biological Opinion. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Predator management plan and agreement with Animal Damage <br />Control including coordination with Animal Damage Control <br />personnel; do necessary revisions to respond to comments and <br />obtain agency approval. <br /> <br />E: \proposal\redwood7 assistpro. rev <br /> <br />1 <br />
