Redwood City Police <br /> Department Staterx�ent of Work <br /> � 1.7 CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURE <br /> Motorola will maintain the SOW with foimaT documentation denoting <br /> agreed-upon changes.Two identical master copies will be held: oae by <br /> REDWOOD CI'I'Y, the other by Motorola.SOW revisions will be made by <br /> changes resulting from systexn changes or documentation updates,which wiil <br /> follow the Change Request(CR)process descnbed below. Change orders <br /> must comply vyith the Communications System Agreement included in the, <br /> Tenns and Conditions section of the Contract Under no circumstances will a <br /> change in scope of work be performed without an exeeuted change order. <br /> A CR will identify the contract change(s). Each CR will referrence the <br /> changes to the appiicable SOW section; ' <br /> Motorola will identify and produce the new page revisions to the SOW <br /> section.Page dates,page numbers,text, and appropriate figures will be <br /> modified. Modifications to pages will be marked with an appropriate symbol <br /> at the beginning of the text change and again at the end of the text change. <br /> Included with the page changes will be a revision record sheet showi.ng the <br /> history of the changes to the SOW by CR and listing the pages that have been <br /> modified; <br /> � The SOW page revisions will be given to REDWOOD CITY with an � _ <br /> attached cover letter identifying the CR(s) involved; <br /> A decision wili be made to determine whether additional equipment or <br /> modification of the timeline or services will be required in order to <br /> implement the CR; <br /> Approval for any additional expendittu�es will be obtained by REDWOOD <br /> CITY prior to the commencement of any additional work or ordering of _ <br /> equipment as a result of the CR; ' <br /> REDWOOD CITY wiil officially notify Motorola of approval of the Change <br /> Request and provide"Notice to Proceed"with the changes; and <br /> 1) IVlotorola will procee�with a11'due diligeace to incoiporate the approved <br /> changes into the contract <br /> i� <br /> � - <br /> QMOroROi.a � 4 " 7 <br /> _. ._ _ _ _ <br />
