Redwood City Police � <br /> Department Sta#ement of Work <br /> s <br /> 1.20 FINAL ACCEPTANCE ,_ <br /> This task shall occur after system testing of the Redwood City portion of the <br /> system and upon completion of all Redwood City mobile installations and <br /> shall be the unconditional acceptance of the system. The overall system <br /> acceptance shall be granted by one representative of the agencies of Redwood <br /> City for the Re,dwood City portion of the contract scope of work. Redwood <br /> City must appoint a person who will have the authority to sign this <br /> acceptance for all agencies within Redwood City. Final Acceptance shall not <br /> be withheld as a result of any delay in CAD system implementation. <br /> Motorola will draft a Final Acceptance statement upon completion of all <br /> project milestones and deliverables. The Final Acceptance sheet shall be <br /> signed by the authorized representative as well as by an authorized <br /> representative of Motorola.
