Redwood City Police <br /> Department Statement of Work <br /> l 2.6 FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br /> This task shall occur after system testing of the Foster City portion of the <br /> system and shall be the unconditional acceptance of the system. The overall <br /> system acceptance shall be granted by one representative of the agencies of <br /> FosterCity for the Foster City portion of the contract scope of work. Final <br /> Acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld as a result of delays in CAD <br /> system implementation. Foster City must appoint a person who will have the <br /> authority to sign this acceptance for all agencies. <br /> A Final Acceptance staxement shall be drafted upon completion of all project <br /> milestones and deliverables.The Final Acceptance sheet shall be signed by <br /> the authorized representative as well as by an authorized representative of <br /> Motorola.
