(10-7-92) <br /> O R I G I N A L (12/1/92R) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11910 12/14/92 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CHILD CARE COORDINATING COUNCIL OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, the Child Care Coordinating Council (4C'S) of San Mateo <br /> County was established for the principal purpose of mobilizing, coordinating <br /> and developing resources toward the expansion of quality child care <br /> services and is experienced in promoting and guiding the implementation of a <br /> community wide plan to provide child care services to Redwood City children; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County <br /> has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities <br /> during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993, <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County <br /> the sum of FORTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br /> ($40,563.00) and; <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Child Care Coordinating <br /> Council of San Mateo County and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> Council to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
