Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement <br />with Cascade Drilling, L.P. amending the scope and increasing by $18,641 <br />the fees of the original agreement dated November 3, 2016 to perform <br />subsurface drilling and initial groundwater remediation at the site, for a total <br />not to exceed contract price of $75,257 <br /> <br /> C.
