6.1.H. - Page 21 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />Annual costs shall be as follows: <br />February 1, 2018 -January 31, 2019: $9,800 <br />February 1, 2019 -January 31, 2020: $16,000 <br />February 1, 2020 -January 31, 2021: $22,000 <br />The initial invoice for the first year will be paid on a net 30 day basis after an agreement <br />is executed.
