6.1.1. - Page 39 <br />Contract #- BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />Hyland is not responsible for business process testing to ensure that the provided solution <br />meets the business requirements. <br />Once the solution is being used in a production capacity Hyland will provide up to twenty- <br />four (24) hours of support, which shall be provided in contiguous days, and will include <br />support relating to the migration of the configured solution from test into production. <br />Services (as described in the 'Description of Services"section below: <br />Implementation, Project Management <br />Deliverables <br />Module Reference Guide, Reconciliation Report (as defined in the description of <br />Conversion Services in the "Description of Services section below) <br />General Requirements <br />a. This project will be executed in conjunction with or following the "Software <br />Implementation and SIRE Document Management Conversion" (Project 1) included <br />in this Services Proposal; <br />b. This proposal will be executed against an existing installation of OnBase at the <br />Customer location that is OnBase version 16 or higher; <br />c. Customer will have a functioning non -production environment (e.g. Test) in which to <br />develop and test the solution; <br />d. Customer will perform the necessary firewall changes, Microsoft IIS Web Server <br />configuration, acquire any desired public domain names, IP addresses and URL's as <br />well as acquire any desired SSL certificates to enable the functionality and <br />communication of the OnBase Agenda Online application; <br />e. Hyland will make reasonable efforts to mimic the existing templates as closely as <br />possible; however, Customer recognizes minor changes may be required based on the <br />ability of OnBase and Customer specific requirements; and <br />f. Hyland will not be responsible for enhancing or modifying such media, meetings, <br />documents or document metadata (e.g., rotating documents, enhancing image quality, <br />trimming or enhancing media, or correcting metadata) or for converting image and <br />annotations (e.g, redactions, highlights) and audit history metadata unless explicitly <br />stated otherwise in the requirements; <br />g.
