6.1.1. - Page 53 <br />Contract M BSA -BU -14546-1 5 060771 <br />APPENDIX S <br />SERVICES PROPOSAL FOR ADDITIONAL USER TRAINING <br />In addition to the training itemized above in Appendix A, Redwood City has purchased 32 <br />additional hours of training. Hyland will provide sixteen (16) classes at ninety (90) minutes of <br />on-site end user training over the course for four (4) consecutive days. These courses will <br />provide a mixture of different classes, including Agendas and Contracts for users and <br />administrators. These classes will also be a mixture of lab or non -lab environment. Any balance <br />of hours remaining will be available for use by the Customer at their discretion. The training <br />hours will not expire. Any on location training will be subject to travel expenses as defined in <br />the MSLSSA.
