6.1.A. - Page 27 <br />quantities of new carpet tile, cove base, glue, extra stock and any/all building <br />materials that needs to be provided. <br />g) Extra Stock <br />i) The Contractor will provide, to the City, extra stock equivalent to 5% of the total <br />yardage of new carpet tile installed. The stock will be stored onsite at 1044 <br />Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063. <br />h) Building use <br />i) Telephones, computers and office equipment shall not be used at any time during <br />the project. <br />ii) Restrooms within the building can be used by the Contractor while work is in <br />progress. <br />iii) No smoking is permitted inside the building. All smoking is limited to outside of the <br />building at a minimum distance of 50 feet from the building. <br />iv) Carpet and carpet material may be stored in designated areas within the building and <br />must be removed once the project is complete. <br />6) Estimated Dimensions and Carpet Type by Location <br />All dimensions listed are "estimates".
