The Redwood City Improvement Association (RCIA) is a public benefit corporation <br />whose primary function is to administer the Downtown Redwood City Community <br />Benefit Improvement District (CBID or District). The RCIA has a contract with the <br />City of Redwood City to administer the revenues for this assessment district.
