6.1.B. - Page 17 <br />"The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the initial term of <br />this Agreement shall not exceed Seventy -Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty - <br />Seven Dollars ($75,257). No other compensation for the Services will be allowed <br />except for items covered by subsequent amendments to this Agreement. City <br />has the authority to withhold a 10% retention until City has accepted all of the <br />services specified in Exhibit "A." Incremental payments, if applicable will be made <br />as outlined in attached Exhibit "B."" a <br />5. The Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B of the Agreement is <br />amended and restated in its entirety by the Revised Payment Schedule. <br />6. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />7. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant <br />to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage <br />for this Amendment. <br />8.
