O R I G I N A L (8-15-92) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11902 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH KAINOS HOME AND TRAINING CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, Kainos Home and Training Center has been established <br /> for the principal purpose of providing homes and vocational training <br /> for developmentally disabled adults in Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kainos Home and Training Center has requested financial <br /> assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> desires to pay to the Kainos Home and Training Center of Redwood City <br /> the sum of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br /> ($3,130.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Kainos Home and <br /> Training Center of Redwood City, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> this Council to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 8-15-92), by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City and Kainos Home and Training Center, a copy <br /> of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
