O R I G I N A L (8-15-92) 12/14/92 RESOLUTION NO. 11901 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC. (HIP) HOMESHARING HELP AND INFORMATION PROGRAM WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) is a private, non-profit agency with the principal purpose of finding housing solutions for residents of San Mateo County who cannot afford to buy a home or pay market rents in this county; and WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP), has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to pay to the Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) a private, non-profit agency the sum of NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($9,800) and; WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the same; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement (form dated 8-15-92), by and between the City of Redwood City and Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City.
