O R I G I N A L <br /> (8-15-92) <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 11898 12/14/92 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH EMERGENCY HUNGER FUND OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, Emergency Hunger Fund of Redwood City has been <br /> established for the principal purpose of providing emergency food, <br /> housing and transportation assistance to residents of the City of <br /> Redwood City, and <br /> WHEREAS, Emergency Hunger Fund of Redwood City has requested <br /> financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities <br /> during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1992 and ending June 30, <br /> 1993; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to Emergency Hunger Fund of Redwood City the sum of <br /> TWELVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($12,250.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and Emergency Hunger Fund <br /> of Redwood City, and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 8/15/92), by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City and Emergency Hunger Fund of Redwood City, <br /> a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
