DES:d;k 11/04/92 (017/34) <br /> Application by the November 30th deadline, it is necessary to <br /> endorse the preparation of said Application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the work will be coordinated by the existing San <br /> Mateo County City Managers Association; and <br /> WHEREAS , this authorization to proceed is an interim <br /> arrangement to be followed by designation of a permanent local <br /> authority to oversee the final preparation and submittal of a <br /> Plan due to the RWQCB prior to June 30 ,, 1993; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby approves and <br /> authorizes submission of a joint application for a municipal <br /> storm water NPDES Permit, under the auspices of the San Mateo <br /> County NPDES Technical Advisory Committee, and as directed by the <br /> San Mateo County City Managers Association. For administrative <br /> purposes only, the Chairperson of the San Mateo County NPDES <br /> Technical Advisory Committee, is hereby authorized to sign the <br /> municipal storm water NPDES Permit Application as hereinabove <br /> described. <br /> 2 11891 <br />
