DES:04k 11/12/92 (022/34) <br /> (a) the proposed purchase of the Equipment through the City <br /> of San Diego' s agreement with Motorola Communications <br /> and Electronics, Inc. under the provisions for <br /> cooperative purchases is made under competitive bidding <br /> requirements substantially equivalent to those of the <br /> City of Redwood City; <br /> (b) the Equipment proposed to be purchased substantially <br /> conforms to the specifications established therefor by <br /> the City; <br /> (c) the estimated price of the purchase is lower than that <br /> estimated for the purchase if made directly by the City <br /> pursuant to the competitive bidding requirements of <br /> Article VII of the Code of the City of Redwood City; <br /> and <br /> (d) the estimated purchase price exceeds Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($500 . 00) . <br /> 2 . Purchase of the Equipment by the City of Redwood City <br /> through the City of San Diego' s agreement with Motorola <br /> Communications and Electronics, Inc. under the provisions for <br /> cooperative purchases is hereby approved in an amount not to <br /> exceed the sum of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($15 ,000 . 00) . <br /> 3 .
