EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Project Scope: <br />Facilitate Council offsite meeting on January 29 with outcomes: <br />• Review Council/staff norms and communications guidelines and update <br />• Review calendar of major topics for 2018 <br />• Preview of Financial Sustainability Plan <br />• Discussion on using individual strengths and solving challenges <br />• Final written report <br />Individual one-on-one meetings with Council and direct reports: for background <br />and to hear their perspectives. <br />• Debrief with Mayor, Vice Mayor and City Manager and finalize the agenda <br />Expenses: Approximately 8 hours individual interviews of City Council, City <br />Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk; 1 hour prep meeting; 4.5 hours meeting <br />(13.5 hours) and approximately 8 hours for scribing and final report. <br />• Dr. Marilyn Manning rate is $475 an hour for approximate total: $6415.00 plus <br />mileage <br />• Associate Craig Harrison rate is $200 an hour for approximate total: $1,600 plus <br />mileage <br />AT-FY/AGR/2018.006/THE CONSULTING TEAM, LLC <br />REV: 01-10-18 VR <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />
