The mat ter of the reappointment of Mr. Fr ed Kimker to the WP A recreation project, after.his regular 3D-day furlough, was brought up by Mr. Morton, who said that Mr. Kimker should have been return- ed 30 days ago and still was off.the-project. Mr. Ryan said he be- . ~ lieved the regional assignment division was in error, and. that Mr. Kimker would be returned.. within a week or so. Mr.' George sa~d he believed the same was true.
