Election of officers: Mr. Spinas was elected chairman to succeed Mr. Millington, Mr. Bogie was elected vice-chairman to succeed Mr. Spinas, and Mr. Peterson was retained as secretary, all on unanimous ballots. Terms are to be for one' yea~, enqing with the June, 1941, meeting. The matter of the ,eligibility of Mr. Millington to member- ship on the commission, since he now lives outside the city lim- its, was put over for sett1emen~ at the July meeting.
