Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Groundwater & Environmental <br />Services, Inc. in the amount of $153,650 for management and coordination of quarterly <br />groundwater monitoring events and initial remediation activities; and <br />2. Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Cascade Drilling, <br />L.P. amending the scope and increasing by $18,641 the fees of the original agreement dated <br />November 3, 2016 to perform subsurface drilling and initial groundwater remediation at the <br />site, for a total not to exceed contract price of $75,257. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />2;z 4tu—(Vt <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
