Ðirector Morton suggested~afternoonmeetings for the <br />commission but øinee it would be difficult for people to <br />make personal ~ppearances it was decided not to make a <br />change. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Spinas brought up the question - what <br />is-. to happen to the children where both parents are <br />working.
